DC Days : Asian Spice
The client realized that I was tired of bread and western food, and decided to bring my team to a unique Asian place called Asian Spice in Chinatown, DC. They had a wide range of Thai, Japanese, Chinese and even Malaysian food there. The taste was not too bad, quite authentic :) Asian Spice 717 H Street Northwest Washington, DC [...]
DC Days : Greek Food
The best restaurant I have eaten in DC since I arrived. I have always loved greek food, it is rich with flavor, and they make the best lamb! Yummy. Not to expensive, and I recommend making reservations before you go there. Cava Mezze www.cavamezze.com 527 8th Street Southeast Washington, DC 20003-2835 (202) 543-9090
JJCM :- The Daily Grind, Bangsar
Awesome burgers!! Juicy and definitely worth the money! The onion rings were great too, mostly because of the batter they use! And they have homemade chili, ketchup and bbq sauce. Address: The Daily Grind, LG8, Lower Ground, Bangsar Village 1, Jalan Telawi 1, Bangsar Baru 59100, Kuala Lumpur Contact: Telephone number: 03 2287 [...]
JJCM :- Tenji, Solaris
The office guys went out last night to eat a Japanese buffet! Its been a while since we had a social outing, and it was very welcomed! The food was generally good, with fresh oysters and good seafood. Majority of the Sushi and Sashimi was worth it, the rest was ok. Choices of Ice Cream rocked! And beer was RM20 per jug, cheap! Good place for [...]

JJCM :- Grand Imperial Restaurant, Hartamas
On Sunday, Sara and I were looking for a good tim-sum place to bring mum, basically to treat her for all the help she gives us with Nathan. Honestly, we would not be able to cope without her around. So we decided to try this place in Plaza Damas, which we saw the last time we were there. As soon as you enter you feel like you are in a tim-sum [...]
JJCM :- Gonbei Robatayaki, Starhill
After our visit to the OBGYN yesterday, Sara decided that we should eat a good meal, as after Nathan is born, she will be having confinement food for a long time. So we went to this place in Star Hill called Gonbei Robotayaki. The decor was really cool, with the bamboo entrance, and intricate wooden carvings on the wall. When a guest enteres the [...]
