Sara called Friday afternoon while I was at work, and told me that Nathan had vomited out his meal twice. I quickly drove home and we tooked Nathan to the local pediatrician just to make sure, as when it comes to infants, anything and everything is serious. Nathan had no fever, and his bowel movement was fine. He was urinating as well, which were all good signs, and the doctor said it should be just wind, as long as he still eats. Friday night he ate, and it stayed down, but Saturday morning he puked again! We were very worried, as he wasn’t alert and just wanted to sleep. We called Dr.Anthony our pediatrician at Prince Court, and he told us pretty much the same thing. Sat afternoon, Nathan was back to his old self. He ate, and he was active. Phew. Thanks to all those who prayed and showed so much concern! Thanks Hui Han for calling me!! I appreciated that!!

My son maybe an insomniac! He refused to sleep all day yesterday, and all night as well. He would sleep in my arms, and then when I put him down, he gets up and cries. He did the same when Sara tried. Only the next morning when we placed him in the bouncer downstairs in the living hall did he fall asleep! Hmmmm….

One of my co-workers gave Nathan this Chelsea gear yesterday! Its soo cute! Its a bit big for him now, but as he gets older, he will definately be wearing this. Is he a Chelsea fan? I don’t know, and I don’t think he does yet, but I know he will look adorable in this Thanks Krishna!

Sara’s cousin lives in China, she is a mum of two, and I think that was a factor in her getting Nathan some really cool clothes for Nathan. She got 4 oneies , a cool jacket and 3 baby suits. My favorite is the one above, an American baseball uniform which says ,”Daddy’s All Star”, with a little badge at the side saying “Mum’s Property”. Hehe. Thanks so much!

Our cell got us this as a gift for Nathan! Its a musical bear thing that you put on the baby crib, so that when he wakes up he is not so bored as he has something to stare at. What is it called? Honestly I donno, but Nathan loves it. You can wind it up and the bears move and there is music Thanks guys!!

Now that is full moon is over, we were “allowed” to take Nathan out, as long as its not places that is too crowded. So the day after the dinner, Sara and I decided to bring him to a place we knew was baby friendly and not too crowded, Plaza Hartamas. We had brunch at Blue Cow Cafe, then took a walk around, went to different shops and then had some coffee at Starbucks! We learned a few things about getting ready for trips like packing some hand sanitizer after we change daipers and bringing enough milk for meals. Nathan took a while to get use to our new pram, but he finally did

Its always a pleasure to see my friends get married, and with Chris & Chun it definitely the same. I have known Chris since I was in college, and he has always been a good friend. I remember when we worked at the same company, and he brought me all the way to Klang for Bak Kut Teh on the first day! A good friend. I am so happy for you bro!

Chinese Tradition has it that after the baby is one month old, you have a Full moon dinner to celebrate, and yesterday, we did! Thanks to everybody who came and celebrated with us! Nathan had loads of fun, and really enjoyed meeting all of you guys!!

I was home alone with Nathan on Thursday last week, working from home when my wife took my mother-in-law out to do her hair, and basically give her some rest. I had to go to the washroom, so I made sure Nathan was secure in the middle of the bed, lying face up. I was out in less than 2 minutes and when I returned, the little guy was lying sideways, fast asleep. He can turn to one side!! Wow! I was so impress!! I was also glad I made sure I placed him in the middle of the bed, far away from the corners! My boy is growing so quickly!

Everyday, Nathan gains more control over his hands and feet. He loves to do his frog kick, and Sara recorded it for me on our Camcorder. Check it out
