Another day……I have discovered the ultimate bad thing about my apartment. The two pillows on my queen sized bed are as hard as rocks!! Last two nights my neck is getting stiff. I cooked pasta again last night, in an attempt to do the following

1) Stop myself from getting bored

2) Save the Company some cash (should i get an award or what)

3) To Brush up on my cooking skills just in case I need to impress a person of the opposite sex. Cooking is a great tool to get dates…At least it was in University. These days not many people wanna come over and taste my famous Curry Chicken n Tuna Omellete.

Nothing else really exciting going on, So i don’t really have much else to write. I did go groceries Shop called Nam Bo No.5. Really. Nam Bo is a province in the south of vietnam, and I think the guy was just really clever. Anyways, Over and Out.

Nick’s Blog, StarDate 20030919.123936. Lunch Munch, but this time we had coffee first. At a place called Cafe Pho Cu, which means Old Skool Cafe….Cool or what? And Old Skool It was, with the Kuachi seeds all over the floor. They serve them to you, and most of the customers just trow them anywhere. We had my fave ice coffee vietnamese style, and talked there. Duc keeps asking me funny questions about Malaysia. She can’t seem to understand how the Government doesn’t control everything. Yesterday, One of the other vendors brought a newspaper The Star, and she was like “Is this a Government Paper”. and I was like “There are no Government Papers”, then she was like “Then Who sensors it?”. Then I was like “Technically Nobody does, but there is a general rule of thumb what you can or cannot print.”. She was like “Huh?”. I donno which is funnier, at least in Vietnam the government admits sensorship rite…Hmmm…Anyways, then she asked about other stuff. Some was quite funny. You know I think they have been comunist soo long, that most of the people here donno what NOT being a comunist means. Like this one guy was trying to convice me why only having one Political Party is the best solution for Government. Things get done faster cos no opposition…Hmmm.

And its Thursday! Hmmm…Whats on HBO Tonight I wonder? Well, Today Adrian is sick, so I am here at work by myself. There was another group of vendors from Malaysia here, so I managed to read me yesterdays Star news paper. Thats was pretty good :). Lunch was some vietnamese fried noodles…Nice :)….Wonder what I will order tomarrow…Oh…The give us like a menu, we tell them what we want, and presto, it arrives at 11:45-12:20. Not bad right? Thats it for today…..more tomarrow

Good Coffee….Thats Vietnam alright…I love the way they have this dripping brewing thingy you get when you ask for a cup of coffee. Mind you, patients is needed for this drink. If you are the kinda person who requires a caffine fix NOW, don’t bother with this drink. Otherwise, Baby Hanoi Coffee Rock. Ok…Thats my entry for today.

New facts about Hanoi I never knew……They have wedding Lunches on weekdays, that way you gotta take leave to attend a friends wedding….Kinda sad right. Well, today is another Glorious day, the Sun is shining bright on this beautiful city. I was kinda hopping Hanoi to be just a slighty cooler this time of year but the 29Â degrees does beat KL’s 33 anyday. Losta work still to be done today. More later
