Yes, I am now a proud owner of the Nikon D3000. I have been thinking of buying a Digital SLR for a long time, and yesterday I took the plunge. Why the Nikon? Well, though I have been a Canon fan for quite a while, and I have been dreaming of the Canon 500D, I decided I don’t want to spend too much on a camera, and I wanted a decent entry level SLR that has the things I wanted. This camera fit the bill. So here I am
