I have learned that as a Husband, you need to prepare yourself to help your wife combat morning sickness. She might develop like a funny aftertaste in her mouth and feels nauseous. Most people adviced us to make sure Sara always has something to eat, so her stomach is never empty. I have bought like small packets of cream crackers and hidden them in her handbag for emgergencies. Aunty Kim Ann suggested to eat something healthy as a snack, so we bought Almonds. I don’t recommend eating too much preserved fruits like Assam and stuff. We also bought lemon drops also as a backup, to fight away that aftertaste she gets in her mouth. And finally, I boil for her some ginger tea, which seems to help.
