The day we realized Sara was pregnant, I rushed to the book store to get some reference materials to read. I wanted to know what to do. I wanted to prepare myself. I was receiving tons of advice already, but you need to filter yourself. There are allot of old wives tales and myths that people will pass down, there is of course some truth in these but Its always important to arm yourself with good facts. I am a dummy when it comes to pregnancy, being a man, I obviously am not capable if getting pregnant, and so Pregnancy for Dummies, seemed the best choice! The books is awesome! I have not finished it yet, but I read up the first few chapters which talks about the Do’s and Don’t and the First Trimester. It gave good tips on keeping Sara comfortable and healthy. As her pregnancy goes on, I plan to document what works and didn’t for her, so stay tuned.

i think the focus should be more on schools. do nt forget that students pass more hours in school than in their home. we can even say that school is the real home.
