On the 5th day, Sara and I had breakfast and checked out of the hotel. They had a van to send us to the airport, which I must say was even better on depature than arrival. There were many shops to choose from, and free drinks and food at the depature lounge. I browsed on the free Wifi, while Sara used the PC’s to check her facebook. We bought some last minute stuff at the duty free lounge and then we boarded the plane and were home. Some leasons learned

1) Make sure you have enough cash. Not every place that claims to accept credit cards actually excepts them. Changing at the money changer gives you terrible rates!! Change before coming. If you have extra cash, you can always use it to pay the hotel bill and then pay the balace with your credit card.

2) Bring lots of Mossie replant. The island is infested with them!

3) Unless you ride a motorbike, perhaps you wanna skip Ko Samui.
