Shatered Glass : Crime in Brickfields, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
November 26th, 2008 by Nick Tay
There is a guy who illegally collects parking fees from the public who park in the residential area near my office and yet he doesn’t stand there and take care of the cars at all. Today one car was broken into, probably got his laptop or something electronical stolen from the car as well. Sigh. Where are the cops? No where to be found as usual. Its not like any of these kinds of crimes are ever solved.
