London Calling :- Arsenal Vs Shefield United
September 24th, 2008 by Nick Tay
It was the Carling Cup, and our co-worker Mira managed to get us cheap tickets and we were very excited. It was my first ever live football game! It was at the Emirates Stadium, a very huge and beautiful place! We got our seats, ate some grub inside the stadium and then got to our seat. The place was huge and people started pouring in. Before long the game started and people were singing all the Arsenal songs and shouting “Who are we?”. There was a grand total of 6 goals! And as we left, there they were shouting “Red Army”, all the way to the tube stations. Wow. You gotta see one game when you are here!

Hahaha. A decade in the UK and I’ve never watched a live football match… 6-0, lucky bugger!
