Emperor Chicken
Brussel Sprouts

With traffic terrible on Sunday, Sara and I decided not to go out for dinner, and instead cook some grub ourselves. What was on the Menu? Emperor Herb Chicken, which was very easy to make. Just buy the spices, put the chicken inside a pot with the spices and wrap it up with oil, and let it steam for 2 hours. The Brussels sprouts were even easier, just boil then for a few minutes and they are ready. A great meal!

On this day in History..

man, this reminds me of my uni days. i’d bring a few packets from home before the semester and indulge in a little emperor chicken with me and my housemates whenever we had reason for a little celebration.

surprisingly yummy despite being in the ‘instant food’ category

howshouses last blog post..The IKEA Survey a.k.a. Gimme RM1k Now!!!

I don’t think you can categorize something that needs to be cooked for 2 hours as instant :p
