The Intelligence of DBKL

Driving to Lunch at Megamall yesterday, and it took us almost 30 minutes to get out of Brickfields. Want to guess why? The DBKL were installing new decorative lights in the middle of the day, closing half the road, causing a massive Jam. Tell me why this has to be done on a Monday afternoon? What can’t it be done after peak hours, in the wea hours of the morning, or over the weekend? Sigh.

Haha… at least you go home safely bro. Besides, they need to rest and relax during the wee hour and weekend. That explain why no work on that hour or day..
