		<description>Hi! I'm going through a fitness regime of my own too. Don't cut down on your food. I think you spread your meals throughout the day, like 6 meals a day instead of the regular 3. Try to keep note of your calorie intake, and keep score. I read somewhere that eating fish and vegetables alone is enough for nutrition. I still cheat with a bit of rice though. Hahaha.
