I am back from Bangladesh, and my trip to Pakistan has been delayed for a few more days. I went down south last friday and spent 2 days in Johor Baru. Took the train from KL Sentral at 2pm and well, I have realized that KTM has lost its glory days. The Express Rakyat really sucks! The chairs are mostly spoilt, the air-conditioning doesn’t work in most of the cabins and the canteen? My goodness!! They only serve cup noodles at Rm3 and warm can drinks!! Argh. Anyways, arrived in JB at 8:40 pm and took a cab to my future sister in-law’s shop. There drove Sara’s car to my future Mom-in-law’s house where I stayed for 2 days. Its nice to eat home cooked food and watch a little Singapore TV. On Sunday I drove the Kenari back up from JB, and traffic was getting heavier by the hour. I almost got into 3 accidents, and in all 3 cases it was because of the other driver cutting into my lane without even signaling or looking. All 3 times, it was a Malay lady wearing a tudung, and I think she can’t see left or right. I am all for freedom of religion, but if you Know your wearing a tudung, and you can’t really see left and right, TURN your HEAD and TURN your signal light!! ARGH! Anyways, I arrived in one piece, Thank God, and I am home
