Saigon Secrets : Fish Sauce
December 7th, 2007 by Sara Foo
It is Vietnamese very own fish sauce that gives the special taste to their dishes. A few drops to the stir fried vegetables, steam clams or sizzling meats would do the magic. The Vietnamese also use the fish sauce to replace the soy sauce to go with chili. Here are the two brands you can easily get in the local supermarket. Chin-Su and Knorr. We bought 4 bottles of them to bring back to Kuala Lumpur. Hehehe.
