If you can understand the Vietnamese Language, you would know what this means :-
Chả cá Lã Vá»ng là tên của má»™t đặc sản Hà Ná»™i. Äây là món cá tẩm ướp, nướng trên than rồi rán lại trong chảo mỡ, do gia đình há» Äoà n tại số nhà 14 phố Chả Cá (trước là phố Hà ng SÆ¡n) trong khu phố cổ giữ bà quyết kinh doanh và đặt tên cho nó như trên.
If your like me, Chả cá Lã Vá»ng is an experience! Sara first read about it somewhere, and she did some searching on the web. Armed with that information, we headed out to a place in District 1 of HCMC, eager to try this dish native to Hanoi. Basically, Its pan friend Snake Fish served with herbs and rice noodles. Sometimes they put a drop of this Pheromone of a beetle, which cost like 20,000 VND per drop, which we of course declined.

The fish was excellent! I honestly have not tasted something with such a unique taste before, and this is a MUST do for me if you come to vietnam.
