Go to any mamak store and ask for Roti Banjir. Literally translated, it means flooded bread, its a serving of Roti Canai, flooded with your choice of gravy. I choose a combination of  Dal and Sambal, but can choose to have it flooded with Fish or Chicken curry, depending on the types of gravy the stall offers. Give it a try the next time you visit a mamak stall.
