Celebrating Jason Lim’s Birthday
August 14th, 2007 by Nick Tay

First things first, I learned an important lesson yesterday. Always have fresh batteries in your bag when you are going out. The above picture was the only one I managed to take before my camera died-ed on me. Anyways, as over the last few years, I have not been able to celebrate Jason’s birthday with him, having never been in KL during the month of August, I decided I must celebrate with him this year. I miss his 21-23 birthdays, and this year when he turns 24, I am away as well. Sara and I, decided to buy him dinner, and we went to Tony Romas in the Curve. Technically its in the Cinelesiure building, just before the curve, but you know what I mean.
What did we eat? We had 3 different starters, an Onion Loaf, Hot Buffalo Wings and Carol Tenders. The first two were very good, the Carol Tenders had too much BBQ sauce, and you couldn’t really enjoy it. Then we shared the whole rack of Beef Ribs. YUM! Good stuff! And we ended it with 2 deserts, the Strawberry Cheesecake, which was great, and the Chocolate Lava, which was ok only.
This place is awesome. I must go to a branch overseas that serves pork and try the famous pork ribs as well.
