When I am stress, I pig out.

Today I diverted from my diet big time. Not only did I eat lunch, something which I have not been doing for almost a month, I also ate dessert! Yes, Chocolates and a can of diet coke. I needed the caffeine and sugar. Can’t seem to concentrate and I have tons on my to-do list, which doesn’t seem to get any shorter, alas gets longer every day or so. As I just typed, I recalled another item I need to add to my list. Sigh! I need a break, but I can’t afford one. I need to get organized, though I have given up on digital organizers, some how, It just doesn’t work for me the way I wanted it to. I think I have to go back to the good old days of the File-o-fax. Gonna go buy one later today, and start to re-org my life. Slowly but surely. I am getting busier and busier at work, a good sign for me, but it does seem to give me more stress. Not bringing work home doesn’t seem an option any more. Looks like I am gonna have to in order just to make up for lost time. I’ll be flying of to Vietnam again next week for another round of meetings, but should be back by Friday. Oh tired am I. Don’t think I have fully recovered from that flue either. I still feel a little groggy. Oh well. Break over. Back to work.

well… i think i can’t even sleep well in stress, when i cnt sleep well, i get tired, when im too tired, i don’t even feel like eating. the only way to destress? knock yourself with a liquor bottle and pengsan. hehe

Don’t feel bad for going against your norm in terms of your diet. Move on and get back on track the following day don’t beat yourself up. From my own experience, you should have bfast,lunch, light dinner. Anything else in moderation and mostly importantly exercise. If you don’t leave the house much or don’t go to a gym just do around 30-50 sit ups in your room and get a skipping rope-do 50.Works…:) Get well soon!!!No you don’t know me just saw your entry in PPS

I screw my diet all the time.
Don’t be too hard on yourself. Remember in order to lose weight, you have to eat. Starving is a big no no.
With all the flying around, I guess you need to pack some vit C while you are at it. You sound tired, alright. Year end is coming. Perhaps you can take a long break then.
