I have an Enrich Card. Or rather, I had one. When I was robbed in 2005, It was taken away from me, and then I made a request to have a new one sent to me. I was charged for it, but it never ever arrived. I totally forgot about it to, because the last few flight I had to take were all AirChina, and I could not redeem any airmiles. Then came my most recent trip to Vietnam, and I realized I should start collecting Air Miles once again. I realized I forgot my card number, and when I called them for the card, I had to wait 20 minutes on hold. Finally I got them, and they told me they would charge me YET again! Sigh. And they also had my address wrong. That would explain why the replacement card never arrived, though I remember updating them. Anyhoo. MAS service is going down the drain anyways! Avoid it like the plague, though they are better than Air China, which is not saying allot.
