3 sets of 15

How much can you bench press? I would tell you how much I can, but I am afraid you would laugh so hard, the morning coffee you are drinking would squirt out your nose. Why issit you have to do 3 sets of 15? Quite tyring leh! My arms where so tired that I could harldy navigate my car out of the parking structure after todays workout. I drive a car without power stering ok! Its not exactly light! Anyhoo, my personal instructor says my legs are in great shape, its only the torso and the arms that need to be whipped into shape, and whipping is what we did. Other than bench presses, we did a whole other variety of lifting, each one, I could not finish all 3 sets without the instructor helping me. Sigh. I doubt I will look like MalikNoor anytime soon. Whatever happend to him anyways? I googled, but could not find him. I saw him once at Bukit Bintang McDonalds when I was in college. He ate a bigmac in like 3 bites, and I saw him, he looked over and smiled at me. Ah, malik noor. Remember those sheltox ads on tv he acted in? Anyhoo, here I am at work once again. I have some technical documents to write, boring stuff, but I don’t mind. It keeps me busy and also allows me to plan my schedule more or less, so I don’t really have to work late hours.
