No upper body strength worth mentioning at all…

Today was my first Resistance Training apointment with my Personal Trainer Adam, and I discovered that my legs are in pretty good shape, its only my torso that is flabby and my arms under developed. Almost all the leg muscle related workouts I could do, but the ones requiring upper body strength? I struggled to finish even the first set! Is that pathethic or what? Soo shy. Anyhoo, my arms now feel worked for the first time in a long time. Lets hope they feel better tomorrow, thats when I am going to the airport to send off Eric Thoo.

Whats in store for the rest of the day? Donno yet. Might watch a movie with Alf. Donno who else is back in town, and who is on leave.
