I hate having to make these kinds of decisions, but thats what they pay me to do. I have budgets to think about, I have to think about my staff, the resources we have planned. All night I couldn’t sleep, thinking about this. I hate it when that happens. I am a worry wort, I know this. Things are consistently on my mind, and I churn them over and over again. People always ask me why I have so much gray hair, and I tell them it runs in my family. The real reason is I have so much worries consistently on my mind, and my hair turns gray.
