admin : You can’t manage your staff if you unable to tell who is component and who is not. We are not talking about personalities, we are talking about technical skills. Would you let a pilot who can’t fly a plane properly fly 300 plus passengers? Business is business, and I need to have people who can do their jobs else we are gonna loose allot of money. Its as simple as that.
In the first place, if they are so incompetent as you say, why are they there with you? Are they being assigned tasks that are beyond their current level? If so, the loss of money as you said was caused by the incompetent decision to send them there in the first place. So who is the one actually being incompetent …
admin : I don;t get to choose the technical people the 3rd party assigns to me. If the task they are assigned by their boss is beyond their current level, thats too bad. I have a job to do, and when the people they send me are incompetent, I am gonna complain, because it delays my project.
