Mongolian Indepence Day
November 26th, 2006 by Nick Tay
Yup. And to think I was here last year on this date as well. My goodness time flies so fast. Check out what happen last here on this day :- here. I had a long night last night, in fact I just got back home at 6:30am. A few of my Malaysian buddies here are going back today, and so we went out have our going away party of our own. We started at Strings, then went to Medusa, and finally we went to eat Mongolian food at this 24 hour place. Finding a restaurant to eat at the wea hours in the morning in Ulaanbaatar isn’t easy man. We went to several places that claimed to be 24 hours, only to have be disappointed because they had to food or were closed. And when you walk to those places at -24, its not funny at all. My other Malaysian friends all introduced themselves as Singaporean, most likely due to the Model Murder, but I refuse to. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t hate Singapore or Singaporeans, I am just a Patriot! I rather die than claim to be something else. Anyhoo, I gotta get more sleep. To all Mongolians…
Happy Independence Day!
