I mean seriously! Its called Petronas Twin Towers right? I have never heard it refered to as Menara Kembar Petronas! Its called KLCC, which stands for Kuala Lumpur City Center right? Anybody heard it refered to as Pusat Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur or PBKL?? Or how about KLIA, Kuala Lumpur International Airport, and not LTAKL - Lapangan Terbang Antarabangsa Kuala Lumpur. Do I have to go on? Are you not convinced that English is already part and parcel of Malaysian society? Are we gonna change everything in our country to Malay? No more CyberJaya!! No more LRT (Light Rail Transit)!! I hear now they want to fine people for using English words in Malay sentences. I mean Seriously?? We are going back to the dark ages in Malaysia aren’t we….I can just feel it….
