What Flag Is This?

I searched through flags.net and couldn’t find any nations flag that resembled this one. I am dying to know what flag it is!! Anybody?? Somebody from this nation / organization is here today, and the Honour guards were out, with thier usual procession in the Square. Hmmm….Nothing on the local newspapers to say who it is.

Sure looks like the Ulaanbaatar city flag. There were probably guards in the square because of protestors trying to break down the government building doors. http://www.moninfo.org/

Forgot to say — the flags are up because this Saturday is Mongolia’s Capital City Day.
