Claypot Beef and Spuds with Rice

Whats Spuds? Its british for Patatoes, incase you didn’t know My first working day in Shanghai has been rather un-eventful, with meetings and meetings. I discovered I forgot to pack a towel, which is quite sucky, because I had to shower and wipe-off with a small hand-towel. I will buy one from IKEA which is right behind my apartment in Shanghai. Thats all for now, more later.
