With my sisters wedding came the constant questions asking me when was my turn. I don’t mind it as much when it comes from people who I know genuwinely care about me, but when It comes from people who don’t even know anything about me it really starts to bug me. Especially when suddenly they can say the reason why I am single is that I am just being too choosy. What?? What is it with Asians and thier obsession with getting married?? And why issit that just because I am Single at 30, I am choosy?? “You don’t know anything about me so please shut up”, would be what I wanted to say, but it was my Sisters wedding and and so I just smiled and said “Too many choices la Aunty”. At least my Aunts from India were on my side, telling me to only get married when I am good and ready to, and only when I find the right woman, and the Rate of Divorce is getting higher and higher in Asia, probably from couples who won’t too choosy. I will get married when I find the right girl, till then I am happy being Single thank you very much. I have good friends, and I have a God who loves me.

My aunts Did tell me to give them advance notice so that they will come, and I told them I am not going to have a Wedding dinner unless they come! Hehe.
