The night after the wedding I could not sleep either. This time it was because I was falling sick. I coughed the whole night through and had such bad indigestion. It was probably the soya milk at the wedding receiption at lunch, as my body doesn’t really like soya milk allot, and i felt like puking the whole night. Nevertheless my India aunts, the Machado sisters and my brother was leaving that Sunday and I wanted to spend time with them.

Bright and early Jason and I drove to pick up my brother and the aunts and then headed over to MegaMall where we met my sister, My other 2 aunts and my Brother-in-Law Laurent. They could only stay for a while and my sister was really hungry so we at breakfast at Nando’s Chicken. I didn’t eat much, but Jason, Joey, Tina, Aunt Seekoh and beeKoh plus Laurent ate and then it was onwards to Carefour.

Now at Carefour they hire some of the silliest people as security guards. They kept talking to my aunts in Malay while clearly they were foriegneers and couldn’t understand them. The security guard then insisted to me that my aunts should learn Malay if they wanted to visit Malaysia, and I then just flipped. I told her to go learn English and just walked away, but was tempted to ask to see her manager.

Malaysia is suppose to be a country where we welcome tourist, instead we have security guards who scold them for not understand Malay. I seriously hope the Management of Carefour, especially in Megamall seriosly consider who they hire as the frontline greeters at thier stalls, less they singlehandedly cause the downfall of Malaysian Tourism.

Anyways, my aunts and my brother went crazy shopping for all the foodstuffs they can’t get back home, especially my Aunt Jennifer in the states and my Brother in Scottland. My other aunts in India bought cheap Electrical goods like blenders, Irons and stuff. At least Carefour has good range and prices else after the incident with that rude security lady I wouldn’t want to go there again.

A few hours later, we paid for everything, and I got really really sick. I started to have a high fever, and after dropping my aunts at my Brothers hotel, my brother insisted I go home. I hugged my aunts and my brother goodbye and I zoomed home where I just fell onto my bed and crashed.

Special thanks to Jason and Sarah who helped drive my Aunts and my brother around, who are now addopted into the Machado family. Next year the 3 of us are going to Visit India!!
