I didn’t get much sleep that night. I chatted online with my cuz Suzy in the UK who was soo excited and wished my Sister all the best. Also chatted with YiHuey who told me I should sleep, less I fall asleep in the wedding car. I finally got some sleep and than got up early. I was suppose to drive my sister to get her hair down, by my sister being so excited decided to go herself while I was taking a shower.

The bridesmaids arrived and I openned the door for them as my aunts Seekoh and BeeKoh went out to buy breakfast for them. I slowly changed into my suit and then my sister came back on got dressed. And we were so excited and we started to take pictures.

My Sister looked amazing that day, and my aunts looked very nice. I loved my aunt BeeKoh’s Nonya dress! The wedding car came, and all of us left the house. Now the church is only about a 20 minute ride there, and we had almost an hour to spare, so we drove really slowly. The car also had ribbons and everything, and it did rain. Unable to turn on the wipers on the wedding car, we just drove very slowly.

All through the drive there, we were joking with my sister. “Last Call, you sure you wanna marry Laurent?”. Or “Lets go Sri Pandi and have banana leave?”. We were soo early that we had to go park behind the church, and my sister was sooo excited and nervours, she wanted to go down now, and see who was in the church, make sure they are seated in the right place and all that. Her wedding planner of course would have nothing of the sort and told us to just wait in the car. 20 minutes later Linda finally gave the call and asked us to drive up and my sister was as nervous as can be.

Walking down the eisle, my sister was soo excited that I actually was trying to calm her down. She wanted to race down, and I kept telling her to slow down, take your time, smile and enjoy it as its not everyday you get married. We made our way in a snails pace, and I gave her away to Laurent and took my place seating next to my aunts Seekoh and Beekoh and my brother on the first row, my 5 aunts in the row behind me.

During the ceromony, I had tears of joy in my eyes as my sister said her vows and exchaged rings and all. Jason helped me to take all the pictures (Thanks Jason).
