Hmm.. since he called me this morning, I thought I’d just update on his whereabouts. And .. unless and unless he calls me again, I don’t suppose I’d post a sequel to this entry. Hehehe.

    When he called, he was standing in front of my church, Wesley Methodist Church in Penang. And I was sleeping snugly high up on my Ikea bed here in Cheras. Yes, anyhow … He asked me if there was any nice place to eat, and I went ahead to direct him to this place nearby called Swa Tow Lane. Recommended the char koay teow, ice-kacang, muar chee, and otak-otak there. He’s got till 2pm to kill .. and I’m wondering where he’s spending all that time in Penang.

    He should have taken the ferry into Penang Island, and would need to get back on the ferry back to Butterworth for that train ride to Bangkok. Hmm.. last I heard, the ferry ride fare has increased to a whopping .. 80cents! It was 60cents a couple of years back. Must ask him how much it cost him when he gets back.

Ah. That’s all.
