TGIF :- Mongolia

February 17th, 2006 by Nick Tay

Window in the basement

There is one thing about sitting in the basement that drives me crazy. We have a small window which looks up from a hole in the ground. That in its self its not the issue, its the fact that we leave the window open to let the wind blow in, cos if we didn’t the heat from the radiator makes the room feel stuffy. This to is not an issue, the issue lies with the sound I hear when the winds blow. Its like the howling of wild wolves in the forest, the sound you hear in those scary movies, and whats worse is the sound is always accompanied with a gush of cold wind which sends a shiver up your spine!

Its Friday Night, and tonight I am going to go to the “Strings Club” with the Malaysian crew. Its a restaurant with a live band from the Philipines. The last time I went there was with my Project team back in September and the music rocked, but apparently they changed Bands. Hmm. All the same I am sure I will enjoy the evening.

More later.

On this day in History..
