It’s not about Race or Nationality…

I have been reading recent news and frankly I am disturbed at all the talk about if the girl in the infamous ear-squat clip is Chinese or Malay, Malaysian or a Chinese National. People, its not about race, nationality or even religion. The only thing that matters in this case is the fact that she was a part of the Human race and that our DPRM over stepped their powers and put the poor lady through a humiliating experience. Are you saying that if she turns out to be a Malay, you are okay with the abuse? Or if she is not Malaysian that its all good? Or perhaps if she turns out to be a Malay, the powers that be are hoping that the Chinese community will stop complaining. I frankly think that all races in Malaysia are equally outraged. Every person who as a daughter, sister, wife, female friend is worried that one day their loved one would be forced to the same ordeal. Come on Malaysians! Rise above ourselves and see the bigger picture!
