Our cops are breaking the law? I read in the papers that Strip searches are illegal. But if they are illegal, then how come its part of the Standard Lock-up Procedures? Somebody please tell me what’s going on? If a cop stops me and brings me to lock up, do i strip? Do I let him see me in my birthday suit? Can I say “I want to call my Lawyer?”. Actually, do I even have a right to remain silence? Can anything I say be used against me in a court of law? Who can tell me what’s right and wrong? If cops can break the law, who then do i look for to uphold the law? Sigh!
