In anticipation of Mondays arrival of George Bush in Ulaanbatar, the city square is crowded with cops. Its crazy, about 1 policeman every 10 meters. They are everywhere, in the bushes, in the park, on every corner, you can’t spit without hitting one! I have never felt safer in Mongolia then I did today. I wonder how they do it? How can the cops stand out there when the temperature is -10 and the wind is gushing away! I almost froze my butt off when Lin and I walked to lunch, and yet the boys in blue stand there, keeping a watchful eye, to make sure nobody installs any bombs before he arrives. Two more days people, two more days!
