Yes, Kevin, I still read your blog! :P

1. What was your first memory of baking/cooking on your own?
When I was like 12 we spent allot of time alone at home, and so I would fry eggs to eat with bread. Yum…Thats definately the first.

2. Who had the most influence on your cooking?
Many people at different stages of my life. Growing up, I was a bad student and so, my aunt would force me to study in the kitchen, so definately watching her cook was the early foundation. Next would be my trips to india, watching my Grandmother cook her awesome curry. But the most influence would be when I started cooking everyday in canada. My roomates thought me some tricks, and the rest was pure experimentation. Oh Oh! How can I forget! Yan Can Cook!! I loved that show
