It was a day stuffed with meetings in PJ, giving me the opertunity to leave work at 5pm and perform my daily “haj” to the Chow Yang Pasar malam. It started of with me buying sausages. The reflector loves him some sausage! Hmmmm….Meat! Anyways, so I was walking down the street and I spot this really hot looking girl buying some fried chicken. I only saw her side profile, but I could tell she was a chindian, then she turned and I went “Manjula Murugesan!”, to which she replied “Nick Tay!”. Hahaha! It was Manju, this Chindian girl I knew way back in my college days, back where Sedaya College was in Section 19 and everybody knew everybody. My last semester there was her first, so I didn’t really get to her that long, but I did write letters to her from Canada. Anyways, I didn’t bring a business card and neither did she, so we said our goodbyes and well wishes. Wonder who else I will bump into next week? Oh, also saw Deneice and my mechanic.
Update: Was talking with Yen, and she read my blog and goes “HOW DO YOU KNOW MANJULA MURUGESAN”. What a small world! She is Yen’s family friend. Muahahahahaha
