The Weekend
December 15th, 2003 by Nick Tay
I managed to get allot done in the last 2 days. On Saturday I woke up at 9:00am, drove to Mega Mall, and got my shopping done. Bought Christmas gifts for my cell and friends. It was a fruitfull shopping adventure. Even bought a special Christmas gift for a friend who will no doubtedly say She loves it, but I am never 100% convinced. Maybe its just me…Anyhoo, after that I got my car services. Yup..Changed the engine oil and filter, balanced and rotated the tires, flushed the radiator, changed the wipers, the works. Then it was back to home where I slept for a few hours, and then onwards to a surprise birthday part that didn’t turn out to be much of a surprise. That ended Saturday.
On Sunday, I woke up, went to Church, where we had our last youth service of the year. We all wore Christmas colors and Santa hats. It was good. Had a great time of thanksgiving and testimonies. Then for Lunch I met up with this guy. He and me worked together in my previous company. Good times.
After that, went back to take a quick nap, then I hung out with these two ladies. My cell members. I have not hang out with them for a while. We went window shopping at Subang Parade, and went to almost every shop. The girls even brought me into “Blush!”. haha. It was all good
Then I had dinner at my cell members house, watched James Bond - Thunderball. Which was followed by some Fruit Rojak…and finally I went home
