Wanted your opinion on something if you would…
I’m beginning a venture to bring an upscale casual restaurant concept to Asia (Saigon first) that is based on the essence of the life of the great U.S. author/adventurer Ernest Hemingway. These restaurants would have great bars and would feature menus with items from everywhere Hemingway travelled around the globe. I was wondering what your thoughts/advice was for a venture like this given your travels.
