Well, last night after a really really stressful day, Thank God finally manage to well almost fix one of the major issues hindering my progress here. Now I can move on to a more major big-ass issue. Sigh. Left the bank at about 6pm yesterday and proceeded to return to my hotel. Took a quick shower and then went to a nice little posh restaurant opposite the Hilton, a few steps away from where I stay. I think I will eat here everyday now :). I had beef stroganoff….Yum.

Then after a quick walk I bought 2 VCD’s and return back to my room to watch them. The first was “Sum of All Fears”. I have seen it before, but I liked it so much that I just had to watch it again. Then I watched the First Disc of “Chicago”. Why only the first Disc? I couldn’t get the second to work, although I tested it at the shop before..Sigh. I will try again later tonight. I read a few chapters of the book I am reading, then onwards to sleep.

But then I was awaken my a phone call. They had an emergency at the Malaysian Office, and they needed some information. So who ya gonna call? Bug busters! I was just glad I didn’t cause the problem. Usually thats the only reason they call me. We have the T.O.F.F.E.E policy at work. (Touch Once Fix For Ever and Ever.

Yesterday was a salmon day for sure! (Took this from my friends Blog). Why salmon? Is the day where you spend the whole day swimming up stream just to get screwed at the end :)…haha.

Anyways, went back to sleep. Got up today, and while I was getting ready realized I lost the carrying case to my digital camera…ARGH….I am just not me lately. I am loosing soo much stuff and forgeting things I usually never forget. I seriously need to go home, and stay home for a while.

Well back to work now.

Stroganoff

Named after 19thcentury Russian diplomat Count Paul Stroganov, this dish consists of thin slices of tender beef (usually Tenderloin or Top Loin), onions and sliced mushrooms, all quickly sautéed in butter and combined with a sour-cream sauce. Rice Pilaf usually accompanies.
