So the travel agent calls me and tells me that this mornings transaction has been cancelled so I can pay for the Room. We go to her Shop, and swipe the Card. Decline - Exceeded Limit. I call my bank in Malaysia and they said no such cancellation has been made. We traveled to the local bank HQ, and they showed me the fax the send my bank in Malaysia. I called my bank in Malaysia, they never even received a fax, and I checked the FAX number and it was wrong. Several phone calls later, finally came up with the plan to increase my credit limit first so that I can pay my travel agent. Went to her shop, and her EDC machine was broken. Drove to the national art museum, swipe my card there and Finally I paid the lady. My bank still shows 2 different transactions, but I will refuse to pay the first one. I even tore up the bank slip so the bank cannot claim I signed it and took the money. I wasted a whole day no thanks to the Communist mentality here, where it aint my problem.

On the bright side, took a few pictures at the Art Museum.
