Today, the day before we go live, when I asked them for a particular report, they told me that the PC that was connected to the server has been reinstalled. I was like, WHAT? You are telling me this now? Why not 3 months ago? And didn’t you read my document which states what we need to do before Cut over. When I wanted to speak to the guy incharge, they told me he is not in today. Which really pissed me off, cos I told them ALL Support staff has to be here. ALL……I cannot take it anymore….take me now.
