Pissed

Yeah…I am soo angry right now. Two main reasons. The first one I will keep to myself due to Non-Disclosure Agreement, but I will say, that some things the Bank need to remember. And because they didn’t we have to start all over again. Sigh.

Now for the second reason. I was suppose to pay my travel agent via my master card, but she wanted cash. So not a problem we went to take out some cash from the bank. All seems well, they took my passport and my credit cards, I signed my document, and then all hell broke loose. The amount was approved by the bank, but because the name on my credit card and my passport did not match, they refused to give me the money. Not a bad problem except they refused to cancel the transaction either. They said it will self cancel in 15 days. NOT GOOD! Because for 15 days that amount would be blocked from my credit card which means I would not be able to pay my Travel agent via the card. So I insisted that they cancel it and they refused. I had to call my bank in Malaysia, who called thier bank, and all hell broke loose. I kept telling them, Its okay not to give me the money, but you MUST cancell the transaction!! I tell you!! Both the problems today are due to thier comunist thinking!! ARGHHH!!

Finally after 30 minutes of roaming charges on my mobile they agree to try and cancell it after 2pm, because of thier 2 hour lunch break. What?? So I have to come back 2 hours later, then go to the travell agent to pay her using my mastercard in the first place, just like I orginally wanted to. ARGHHHH…..

More later as the plot thickens.
