Some Things I Learn The Hard Way Recently

November 5th, 2003 by Nick Tay

1) Always tell your hotel you are extending your stay, they may have booked somebody else to stay there

2) There are such things as stupid questions, NEVER ask your boss a question until you have fully searched for an answer by yourself.

3) Always bring small change, especially when you are in a country where most people do not have change for big notes

4) Never fall asleep in the Cab, the driver may not necessarily know where you want him to take you

5) Never assume that people can’t speak Mandarin.
