There is nothing like more exciting then a daylight robbery to start your day. And nothing can bring you more joy then seeing the local COPS doing the robbery. Yes. My cab got stopped again by the Hanoi Highway Patrol.

Orange Colored Sky

We driving along, minding our business,
When out of an orange-colored sky,
Flash! Bam! Alakazam! Wonderful Cops came by!

We were humming a tune, drinking up sunshine,
When out of that orange coloured view,
Flash! Bam! Alakazam! Cops wanted money too.

One look and they yelled “Stop”.
Watch out for the bribes.
Cause the ceiling fell in and the bottom fell out,
He started to spin,The Cop started to shout,
He payed Big! This it Its! He Payed Big!

We driving along, minding our business,
when the cops came an hit is with a bribe,
Flash! Bam! Alakazam!
Out of an Orange Coloured, Purple Striped,
Pretty Green Polka-Dot Sky,
Flash! Bam! Alakazam!
Went the sky!

And It was an expensive bribe as well. The taxi guy went back and forward from his car to the cops, each time putting more money, in each document the Cops asked for. First it was his license. The dude stuffed like VND 50,000. Then was the registration, he stuffed another VND 50,000. And then was the Company Cab Documents, where he finally stuffed VND 100,000. Wow! VND 200,000. Thats a lot of Mulla!
