Start spreading the news,
I’m leaving today.
I want to be a part of it,
Hanoi , Hanoi.
And yes, Tickets Booked, Flight is ready, Tomarrow Morning I’ll be headed to the Airport. Do I wanna go back? Well, honestly there are so many things in I want to be apart of, like Cell, Church, The Get-Connected Dinner, Cell Leaders Retreat, and Family Day. But I also feel soo lost here. I mean, Its probably just me, but I thought I would get a better welcome back after being gone for so long. How Long Do you have to be away before people make the time to catch up with you?
Yesterday I finally had my Indian Food. Couldn’t find anybody who wanted to have dinner with me, so I went there Alone. Now much different then being in Hanoi eh? And then went to Watch another movie. It was this Korean Horror Movie called “The Two Sistersâ€. Not Bad. I then went to a meeting with the Youth Prayer wave cos Sean was there.
Then went home and Slept. Pastor Julie did call me and give me some encouragement which was good, but I was too sleepy to even remember half the things she said
. She did say something about God Expanding my capacity, and stuff like that. And reminded me to stay faithfull and press on. She then prayed for me.
This morning I almost didn’t wake up in time, had forgotten to turn on my alarm. Usually I would wake up either way, but this time I just sleept. Reached office, had breakfeast, replied a few emails, and stuff.
For Lunch, I had a Subway Sandwich. I love subway. I wish they were cheaper tho. I can’t really afford to eat it often cos its soo darn expensive in Malaysia. Sad eh? Back In Canada, Subway was like a weekly thing.
Tonight, gonna catch up with my cell Member Liz, then back to seans palce. Tomorrow Morning I am off. So the next blog entry will be from Malaysia.
Ma·lay·sia (mə-lâ’zhə, -shə)
A country of southeast Asia consisting of the southern Malay Peninsula and the northern part of the island of Borneo. Malays probably moved into the penisula c. 2000 B.C., eventually reaching northern Borneo and displacing the indigenous Dayaks. Europeans arrived in the 16th century. By the 20th century Great Britain had established protectorates throughout the lower peninsula, which later formed the Union (1946) and then the Federation (1948) of Malaya. Gaining independence in 1957, it joined with Singapore, Sabah, and Sarawak to become the Federation of Malaysia in 1963. Singapore gained independence separately in 1965. Kuala Lumpur is the capital and the largest city. Population: 22,662,365.
